The following are representative engagements demonstrating the power of our Diamond Staffing Model:

  • Directed the development and introduction of Enterprise Services at NYNEX and the launch of IMPOWER and NYNEX Internetworks, one of the industry’s first software-based “on-demand” end to end managed service and networked computing platform for IP services.
  • Provided engineering, marketing and regulatory consultation and implementation of the Enterprise Network Service for Telkom South Africa Limited.
  • Directed the development and introduction of AT&T Solutions Managed Bandwidth Service during a consulting engagement with a manufacturer.
  • Supported a major enterprise opportunity response providing intellectual content and outsourcing subject matter expertise.
  • Conducted a high profile auditing study for Verizon with an aggressive timeframe that validated Regulatory, Legal and Billing compliance as well as recovered billings from audited contracts
